INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Shake the bottle and apply generously and evenly 30 minutes before sun exposure to the areas to be treated, massaging gently until completely absorbed. Reapply frequently, especially if you are sweating heavily, and after getting wet or drying off. PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS Limit sun exposure and try to avoid the suns strongest rays during midday.
