Hold the dipstick so that the urine stream falls directly onto the absorbent tip for at least 10 seconds, or if you prefer, collect the urine in a clean, dry container and insert the absorbent tip into the urine. The test is only reliable if the instructions for use are strictly followed. Sensitivity: The test can detect concentrations of HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) in urine equal to or greater than 25 miU/ml, giving the test 99% accuracy and reliability.
