Ingredients in 1 capsule: Saccharomyces boulardii : 5 x 10 9 CFU* (250 mg) Inulin: 140 mg *CFU - Colony Forming Unit 1 capsule contains 250 mg of Saccharomyces boulardii (5 billion live yeast cultures) and inulin. Recommended intake: Children over 3 years of age: 1 capsule daily. Adults: 1 capsule 1-2 times a day. The capsule should be swallowed with a small amount of water.
