ACTION AND DESCRIPTION It consists of two products: the glucometer and the test strips. The control solution is not included. This system is for external surface use only (for in vitro diagnostic use). It is used for the quantitative measurement of glucose in fresh capillary whole blood samples taken from the finger, palm, forearm, and upper arm. It is not intended to detect or diagnose diabetes mellitus, nor is it intended for use in newborns.
